RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Orka Rentals Group has three self-screening requirements for our residential tenants. If residential tenants do not meet these requirements, the application will be denied.
- Gross Monthly Income (before taxes). Tenant’s Gross Monthly Income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent.
- Eviction History. An application will be denied if there are evictions on record or money owed to previous rental communities.
- Criminal History Screenings. We conduct criminal history screenings. Applications will be denied for criminal records.
Note, these requirements only apply to our residential properties. Please contact us for rental requirements for our commercial properties.
